The content and output generated by the Site are not intended to constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to speechwriting, public speaking coaching, or legal advice. You should always verify the accuracy and suitability of the cue cards and timing estimates before relying on them for any live presentation or event.

4. User Responsibilities and Lawful Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for the content of the speeches you input and the resulting cue cards. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Input or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site, including by introducing viruses, overloading, or engaging in any other harmful or disruptive activities.
• Use any automated means (e.g., robots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Site without our prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user-provided speech text) are owned by Speech Cue Card Builder and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Site without our express written permission.

You retain all rights to the speech text you input. By using the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and format your text solely for the purpose of providing the service.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and display advertisements served by Google AdSense and other advertising partners. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
